Compassion and fascination - Tibetan Buddhist Mental Statues

The brave and wise Tibetan people developed unique Tibetan Buddhist statues full of ethnic characteristics and geographical features. The Tibetan Buddhist statues are made of various materials including clay, stone, wood and bronze. Of all these, the most representative ones are bronze statues.

The Buddhist statues selected are divided into multiple sections: "Buddhas", "Boddhisattvas and Taras", "Arhats, Siddhas and Gurus", "Protectors", "Yidams", and "Pagodas and religious apparatus". The exhibition will offer the audience a great opportunity to appreciate the unique Tibetan Buddhist culture behind the Buddhist statues.
