Qin ShiHuang, the first emperor, unified China with the annexation of six countries. Because of his dream of Eternal Life, he commissioned the construction of the Qin ShiHuang Mausoleum with the purpose to protect the emperor in his afterlife: the Terracotta Army and sculpture are a very formidable form of funerary art.

 

The exhibition, with real objects and Terracotta soldiers, bring a very impressive and authentic reconstruction of the Qin Empire and Dynasty.
